Gd4d Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms of use for the gd4d platform, which are binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read these carefully before registering or making any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gd4d platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the gd4d platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gd4d as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register an account on the gd4d platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally eligible under Malaysian law to enter into a contractual agreement.
- Have never been suspended or banned from the gd4d platform previously.
- Registering an account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Account Security Responsibilities
Each user may only hold one active account. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. gd4d will never request your password via message, email, or live chat. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported a compromise to our support team.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify gd4d immediately through the provided support channels.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Permitted Use
The gd4d platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use this platform in a lawful, ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate the gaming system, betting outcomes, or bonus programmes.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
- Using another person's credit card or bank account without their written consent.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other parties.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and gd4d reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account concerned, subject to a case-by-case assessment.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the gd4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). gd4d does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local methods listed in the account deposit section.
Deposits & Minimum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your payment method and account VIP tier. Check the deposit section in your account for the current applicable limits. gd4d reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory identity verification and rollover requirements for any bonuses received. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the verified user's name. gd4d reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method and the user's VIP tier.
Transaction Liability Limits
Gd4d is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user, third-party system failures such as those involving banks or payment processors, or delays caused by external parties.
5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Gd4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or attempted fraud; breach of any terms set out in this document; activity suspected to involve money laundering; or registration by an individual under 18 years of age.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms may not be entitled to recover any remaining account balance. In cases where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any verified balance will be returned via a method mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gd4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of gd4d or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from gd4d.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gd4d platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, or sports content providers. gd4d is not responsible for the practices, privacy policies, or content of any such third parties. Any interactions you have with third parties are entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the gd4d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through a dispute resolution procedure mutually agreed upon by both parties in accordance with Malaysian law.
6. Changes to Terms & Contact Information
Gd4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be announced via an in-platform notice or email to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
